You didn't get to where you are today without taking some sort of action. So, it makes sense that if you have a vision in your head about where you would like to be in the future, it will require action.

 

If you are IN THIS and wanting to RUN forward with your business, check out the GOALS below. Familiarize yourself with them so you can go through your training with them in mind. Everything in this training will give you a firm understanding of what each goals means and exactly HOW to hit them.

ACTION 1: Your "Coming Out" Announcement

 

 

Act1: Coming Out Announcement

Love her tips!! We have tons of fellow coach transformation photos available to use for these annoucnements if you'd like. You absolutely don't have to! You can just make it a picture of you and a healthy meal or whatever suits who YOU are best! 

 

Don't put too much pressure on this post! You're going to keep posting and keep drawing eyes to what you're doing. You're sharing your mental & emotional journey/transformation as well as the physical stuff!

Most times when you post about your story, you'll want to loosely follow this. When you're making your announcement about become a coach, add an invitation at the end! Something like,

 

"I want to invite you to join me on this journey, whether you want to dive in and do it WITH me or just WATCH and keep me accountable! I am so excited and can't wait to share more with you!"

This kind of announcement should be something genuine and direct from the heart. I would recommend posting some sort of “before” type picture along with the announcement post. You’ll want to share with your friends list/network WHY you have decided to make this leap of faith and start this journey. You’ll want to EXPLAIN to them what exactly YOU’LL be doing (example: T25 and Shakeology) WHY you’re excited about it and ASKING THEM for support and motivation to keep YOU on track. Involving your network IN YOUR JOURNEY is the first step in getting them interested. MOST people don’t want to just buy PRODUCTS, they want to buy an IDEA. YOU need to become the idea. You need to sell YOURSELF to these people, show them WHY they SHOULD BUY what we’re selling. Your announcement of why you’ve become a Beachbody coach and what you’re plan is, is the first step in getting them involved, invested and interested in YOU which will then equate to sales. Remember, we do NOT want to be perceived as “creepy/annoying” salespeople. We are FITNESS COACHES that have the luck of selling rad products from Beachbody.

ACTION 2: Your Business Hours

 

 

Share in the team page what your biz hours will be. {And start them tomorrow!} 

 

Having this structure, especially as you start out, will be important to not feeling so overwhelmed! Set your priorities, remember your WHY, and work with passion.

 

Remember, when it's business time, shut everything else off. Sit down, knock it out, and then get back to  the rest of life. 

 

Utilize the Coach Planner, Business Activity Tracker, lists, and whatever apps you need to help you stay organized! 

Remember those vital behaviors!

Share in the team page what personal development you are reading/listening to each day and when/how you are fitting it in! The MORE you do, the MORE you'll grow, the FASTER your business will grow! 

 

Share these aha-moments with your following, too! It's important for them to see your mental and emotional transformations as well as your physical changes.

Show us what you came up with! Remember, you can go into the photos section of the team page and find some transformation pictures if you'd like to use some! 

 

We love seeing what you've come up with before you share it so we can love on you & help you feel more confidence in posting!

Example wording:

 

"I get SO excited for my new accountability groups start for so many reasons.

1. I see women taking control of their life, taking time for themselves, to feel good and feel supported. 
2. I feel supported, motivated and encouraged by the group.
3. The results, the changes, the confidence, and the before and afters they rock me to my core.

To see women feel comfortable in a bathing suit, or to rock an outfit they never would have thought about trying on before - that is what I LOVE about this! Most people fail, give up or quit because they don't have the support and motivation. Whether you have 10lbs, 100lbs, or are even going through a life change and just want to get back to YOU - to feeling good in your own skin again reach out! The fact that we have created a group that supports each others, doesn't judge each other and embraces you where ever you are at on your journey is RARE to find.

If you want to make a small change or a big change in your life I challenge you to give me 28 days.....that is it 28. No wraps, no pills, no bullshit! Just making making small changes, setting 3 week goals, drinking shakeology and working out for 30 minutes a day and I promise you you will be so glad you did. I mean after all in the grand scheme of life 28 days is nothing......

Remember those Social Media tips!! Time to get real about your fitness journey. Remember the "Crafting your Story" guidelines and just share your heart. Feel free to share in the team page before you post it to your profile. You'll get more comfortable soon because you'll do this quite often.

My weight has always been something I've struggled with. When I was pregnant with my daughter I gained 75 pounds and then after she was born I dropped about 25 pounds and then gained it all back plus MORE! By the end of 2013 I was weighing around 234 pounds and was totally unhappy with myself. I started my weight loss journey in January 2014 and I took it one step at a time, one day at a time. It wasn't easy, and some days I wish change DID happen overnight. But once I got that nonsense out of my head 😉 I was able to fully focus on my journey and embrace it for what it was. I wasn't only losing weight and getting healthier. I was also learning more about myself as a person. Like, how far I'm willing to push myself for something I want, and I also learned I have pretty awesome willpower 😉 but most importantly, I showed myself that when I put my mind towards something, and don't take my sights off it.. I CAN achieve it. Like I said, it wasn't always easy to get down to my goal weight {which was 160} but I did it! And even went on to hit 155! And now that I'm pregnant again, I'm still working out, eating right and staying focused.. But just on a different chapter in my journey. My fit pregnancy 💕👶🏼 And just like losing the weight initially, having a fit pregnancy isn't always easy. Especially with a toddler running around. But, I'm taking it day by day and one step at a time. All things are possible if you believe you can achieve ❤

Create your first coach ad to invite to our next glance into coaching group!! Remember, building your team, helping others to help people get healthy, is when your business will really start to take off. If this is scary for you, dive into that personal development (this one would be a great place to start) and then step outside of your comfort zone to start building your dreams!! 

 

There are some examples below. Remember, you want to emotionally connect with your followers so be sure to remember those social media tips you learned all about! Keep talking about why you love coaching, how it's changing your life, and then invite people to take a peek with a post like this. 

Hey all! Decided that after planning our next big coach trip, I want to share more about coaching with those on the fence or who have ever thought about it. 

So I get lots of similar questions all the time: what IS coaching? What do you do? Is it a scheme? How do you earn money? Can I do this part time? Could I make it full time? 

All fair questions! So I want to open up a little place, with NO obligation, where you can get answers to ALL of those questions, ask questions of your own, see the potential in coaching, and decide if its for you! We have a pretty cool team of coaches, that are more like family, and we get to help people get healthy, travel to fun places and earn really rewarding incomes because of it. Want to see what its all about? Want to be able to work from home? Maybe make enough to pay for groceries, extras for the family like I originally did? Or maybe save for college funds or pay the mortgage? All possible. But you have to CHANGE what you're doing now and decide to do something youve never done 😊

As promised, a sneak peek in to what I DO! I am so excited you guys. Coaching has literally saved my life and there is really nothing sweeter than paying this blessing forward. Next month marks two years since I took the leap into the unknown, having NO CLUE what I was doing, but it didn't matter because I had HOPE again. Hope for the future of my family, hope for a better life, free of financial struggles and stress. From government assistance, working multiple dead end jobs, to complete FREEDOM!
